Mayors Court
Mayor's Court was established for Perry Village in 1978. The Magistrate for court is generally the Mayor Elect. The Mayor presides as judge over the court, and can also perform marriages. In the absence of the Mayor, Council Pro-Tem, will preside over the court matters.
Mayor's Court is generally held the Second and Fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. and located at Perry Village Hall, 3758 Center Road, Perry, Ohio 44081 For your convenience there is a (after hours) deposit box for waivers placed in front of the Village Hall.
If you have received a Traffic Citation, your court appearance information will be located on the bottom left (Court) and bottom right (Date & Time) of your copy. Should you elect to waiver your citation, please call Perry Village Mayor's Court at 440-259-5292 and ask for the Mayor's Court Clerk, Judy Deakins. She will answer an questions pertaining to court appearances, waiver schedule, pending court dates, proof of insurance, and any additional assessed fees.
The Mayor's Court Clerk hours are Monday Through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Except Holidays)
