Zoning
A zoning permit is required for most work performed in Perry Village. When you start planning for a new project, check with our zoning inspector. The zoning ordinances of Perry Village have changed recently and it's best to discuss your plans with the inspector in the early stages of planning.
Application for Zoning Certificate
A copy of the zoning ordinances for the current year is available for $7.00 during regular business hours at the Perry Village Municipal Center, 3758 Center Road.
Contractor/Subcontractor Registration requires all
contractors register with the Village if the total amount of work done in the Village has a dollar amount of $10,000 or greater, and the work requires a building/zoning permit. The permit fee is $35.
