Zoning
A zoning permit is required for most work performed in Perry Village. When you start planning for a new project, check with our zoning inspector. The zoning ordinances of Perry Village have changed recently and it's best to discuss your plans with the inspector in the early stages of planning.

Ordinance 2010-06, an ordinance amending subsection 1050-2 of the zoning code, pertaining to the regulation of private swimming pools, adopted July 15, 2010.
Ordinance 2011-01, an ordinance enacting chapter 555 of the codified ordinances of the Village of Perry providing for comprehensive storm water management.
A copy of the zoning ordinances for the current year is available for $25.00 and $10.00 for a zoning map during regular business hours at the Perry Village Municipal Center, 3758 Center Road.

Contractor/Subcontractor Registration requires all
contractors register with the Village if the total amount of work done in the Village has a dollar amount of $10,000 or greater, and the work requires a building/zoning permit. The permit fee is $35.
